Nelly to Take Action Against Accuser

Earlier this year, Nelly was accused of rape by a 21-year-old woman in Washington. She said that after a show he assaulted her. Well, things have changed at this point with Nelly no longer having these charges against him due to the accuser refusing to help with the investigation as well as not wanting to testify.

With all of that said, Nelly is now planning on taking legal action against her for those accusations. His lawyer has come out and said that his reputation has been damaged and wants to move forward with legal action to help regain whatever was lost with his fans.

There is no timetable at this time for what is to come, but we will certainly be keeping our eye on the matter.
