On Monday, MArch 16th, rocklegend Neil Young has announced that he will be streaming a series of shows filmed by his wife, actress Daryl Hannah.

Though Young had teased a tour with Crazy Horse in old arenas around the country for this year, the live stream series will have to do for now as Americans get used to the new, quarantined normal, which has resulted in the cancellation and postponement of virtually all touring and live events for the foreseeable future.

“Because we are all at home and not many are venturing out, we will try to do a stream from my fireplace with my lovely wife filming,” he wrote on his Neil Young Archives site. “It will be a down-home production, a few songs, a little time together… we will be soon be announcing the first one right here at NYA in the Times.” For now,the dates for this series are unknown.
