Movies Opening This Weekend – January 19th, [videos]

Donald Sutherland, Gerard Butler, Helen Mirren, and former President Barack Obama star in the films that are designed to take your minds off the cold of winter. ‘Forever My Giel’ is a wonderful film about a man who becomes a country music star but realizes the love he seeks is still home. Hollywood updates its historic ‘cops and robbers’ formula for the film ‘Den of Thieves’ that you’ll buy into, but you will.

There’s a riveting documentary about President Obama’s final year, filled with insightful moments. Our pick of the week is a film called ‘The Leisure Seeker,’ as Donald Sutherland and Helen Mirren remind each of us why they are considered Hollywood royalty. The trip these two elderly lovers embark on is an emotional ride for all to experience.
