This may sound creepy to you, but Vinnie Paul Abbott the popular Pantera drummer who died of a massive heart attack last week, will be buried in a KISS casket, a custom built ‘final resting place’ gifted by KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons. Vinnie was buried Saturday June 30th, a now resides in a burial plot next to his mother and Darrell his brother who died in 2004.

You may have heard that Sammy Hagar is throwing a party, ‘High Tide Beach Party and Car Show,’ to be specific on October 6th in Huntington Beach, California. The event stars ex Van Halen Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, REOSpeedwagon, and Vince Neil. Sammy has also invited David Lee Roth, but has not yet gotten an RSVP.

It’s been a while, but Alice in Chains is about to release a new LP, ‘Rainier Fog,’ scheduled to drop in late August. In advance of the release of ‘Rainier Fog’ the band has made available the album’s first single. “The One You Know.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=352RBWh6ViU
