Its Thanksgiving week, so let’s keep it light with a few music news headlines…

Taylor Swift announced her 2018 tour, with nearly 40 stops planed from early May to mid-September. The tour begins in May and ends in mid-September. What makes this upcoming 2018 tour unique for Taylor is that every venue is a sports stadium, enabling more seating, meaning this tour could generate nearly a quarter of a billion in revenues.

Jennifer Hudson and fiance David Otunga are separating, it must not be amicable as Jennifer has requested a restraining order. The couple has an 8-year-old son together.

Thanksgiving is Thursday, which means the New York 91st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade on the TV and lives in the Big Apple! There will have a bunch of stars on hand to offer their thoughts or perform; Patti LaBelle has joined the list of celebrities, as has No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani. NBC’s Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker, Matt Lauer, perform the ceremonies Thursday, November 23, on NBC beginning at 9 a.m.
