Moc Croc is IN for 2019

Real crocodile skin is falling out of fashion. When Chanel banned the use of exotic skins (and fur) in December 2018, the designer house created a domino effect throughout the luxury industry. In February 2019, Victoria Beckham’s namesake brand confirmed that the label also will ban exotic skins from its A/W ‘19 collection. A week later, the London-based, high-end department store, Selfridges will phase exotic skins out of the retailer’s inventory. The company aims to completely stop selling products containing alligator, crocodile, lizard, and python skins by February 2020.
