It was this year last year that Missy Elliot saw an increase in her sales and with good reason. She made a great surprise performance during the half time show of the big NFL game. This year though, she has given us all one good reason to get out there and listen to her music again – a new song!
“Pep Rally” is the title of the track and was heard during the Amazon Echo commercial that ran during the Super Bowl. You can now find the song on iTunes.
Amazingly, Missy hasn’t released an album since 2005! We’re glad that she put some work together and gave us “Pep Rally,” as it’s just been too long since we last heard new music from her.
