Miranda Lambert has just revealed the premiere date for the documentary that will go inside the making of The Marfa Tapes, an album released in 2021 by Miranda Lambert, Jack Ingham, and Jon Randall. It is directed by Spencer Peeples.

“I think you just let your guard down out here a little bit,” Lambert said in the documentary. “You’re free to be you. It’s scary, it’s risky and very, very vulnerable and not have any fixes and not have any production, it’s just let the wind blow and the birds and the cows. I feel like we’re taking people on a raw and intimate journey.”

The film, which features candid interviews and behind-the-scenes footage from the five-day, outdoor recording session in November of 2020, will arrive on Paramount+ on January 20th.

Lambert also confirmed more dates in a “round two” of The Bandwagon Tour, her co-headlining tour with Little Big Town that initially hit the road back in 2018.

“The Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town is BACK,” she announced to fans. “This is one of the most fun tours I’ve ever done. See y’all for round two! Presale begins Jan 11.”
