Megan Thee Stallion Performs Surprise Verse in First-Ever Live Performance of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”

At last night’s 2022 Oscars, the cast of Encanto took “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” to the stage for the first time ever.

Introduced by John Leguizamo, Adassa, Stephanie Beatriz, Mauro Castillo, Carolina Gaitán, and Diane Guerrero sang and danced to the film’s most popular song when, completely unexpectedly, Megan Thee Stallion appeared in a stunning gold dress to heat up the track with a surprise verse.

“Believe I’m up next/ I’m coming for that gold,” Megan’s words flowed. “You can add it to my shelf/ Academy Award.”

Although”We Don’t Talk About Bruno” was not nominated for an Oscar, it was at the top of the charts for five consecutive weeks earlier this year.
