Mediabase’s Top 40 Year-End Chart!

Last week we talked about the top hits according to Billboard, but what about Mediabase? Each and every week we have looked at the top hits of the week and now we get to see the top hits of the entire year!

The year’s number one hit is “Shape of You” from Ed Sheeran, no surprise there! His 521,147 spins rank him at the top and almost 100,000 spins more than Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like!” It wasn’t even close! Rounding out the the top three is a surprise, “Stay” from Zedd and Alessia Cara. While we loved the hit, we didn’t think it would land this high on the chart. Let’s take a look at the top 10…
