Maxwell has had a lot of success with his hit, “Lake By the Ocean.” The song was the number one hit on the Mediabase Urban Adult Contemporary chart for weeks, but has recently dropped off that top spot. It’s not the only Maxwell song on the chart this week though. His recent hit, “1990x,” has jumped from off the chart to the sixth position!
