It was confirmed yesterday that Luke Combs will no longer be performing at the 2022 CMT Music Awards due to testing positive for COVID-19.

The country star is currently quarantining and will be unable to perform with Kane Brown for the awards show, which was scheduled to be filmed in advance today.

“Unfortunately, Luke Combs won’t be with us tomorrow,” the statement read. “He is quarantined with COVID. He’s bummed to miss seeing everyone!”

Now, Old Dominion will be taking Combs’ place alongside Brown.

In addition, Kelsea Ballerini, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson, Little Big Town, Carly Pearce, Keith Urban, and more artists yet to be announced are still set to perform during this year’s CMT Music Awards on April 11th.
