Among the group projects to release in 2018, Lil Baby and Gunna’s Drip Harder stood out as the priority. The project cemented their pair of ATL-bred rappers as certified leaders of the new generation. Even though the effort released over fourth months ago, Baby delivered the visual to the heavy-hearted “Close Friends,” one of his two solo tracks, yesterday, February 13th.
The Daps-directed clip follows the 24-year-old around some of the must-see attractions in Paris. Lil Baby opens up to this love interest in the clip during a romantic dinner in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Their conversation moves back to the hotel, where Baby takes in the scene alone on the balcony, and then finally, reunites with her in the bedroom.
