Lady Gaga and Her 13 MTV Music Video Award Nominations

Lady Gaga is one of the most talented and artistic artists in the music industry these days, so it should come as no surprise that she holds the record for the most nominations at the MTV Music Video Awards. This award show happens Sunday, so we figured we’d dive into some of its history and you can’t not talk about Gaga if we’re doing that.

Lady Gaga’s 13 nominations came in 2010 when she released two music videos people just can’t forget: “Bad Romance” and “Telephone.” “Bad Romance” was nominated for 10 awards, while the latter saw three nominations. In total, they would win eight of those nominations, making Gaga need more room in her house to help store these things!
