Kid Rock has enjoyed great success as a musician for years, selling millions of records and sold out concert stops along the way. Now we hear he’s seriously considering running for political office in his home state of Michigan, contemplating throwing his hat into the ring for Senate.

Kid Rock was born in 1971 in Romeo, MI, a blue collar working class suburb of Detroit, the son of a successful car dealer in the Detroit area. As if his music didn’t make him famous enough, Kid was once married to actress Pamela Anderson, a marriage that lasted less than two years.
