Beyonce performed wonderfully with the Dixie Chicks at the CMAs the other night, but one artist who didn’t seem to enjoy the show was Kenny Chesney. Facial expressions are tough to read though and that’s just where everyone went wrong. Beyonce’s fans were all over Twitter asking what was up with Kenny’s reactions and immediately thought that he wasn’t impressed.
After further review of the video, Kenny is watching the performance, but not really giving any reaction. He’s almost stone faced during it! Kenny has come out and said “I Love Beyonce… I loved her Super Bowl performance, her sense of how to make music hit really hard…” showing us he has no ill thoughts towards her music.
We are with Kenny on this one, but only because there’s no reason for him to hate on her music. If he says he loves her music and her as an artist then we have no reason not to believe him. Plus, let’s be real. Beyonce is one of the greatest artists in the past 20 years and maybe ever!
