Kendrick Lamar Dominates Grammys

Not surprisingly, the man with the most Grammy nominations came home with the most Grammy wins. He was nominated for 11, winning five by night’s end. He didn’t just win Grammys though. Lamar put together a powerful performance only seeing can understand.

As for his Grammy wins, Lamar did work in the rap categories, winning Best Rap Album, Best Rap Song, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, and Best Rap Performance. His collaboration with Taylor Swift for “Bad Blodd” also won him Best Music Video.

Lamar’s five wins were the most of the night, outdoing Alabama Shakes (three), and Taylor Swift (three).

Other notable winners include Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars winning the Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, and Justin Bieber getting a piece of an award winning Best Dance Recording with Skrillex and Diplo.
