Playing the halftime show of the NFL Championship game is maybe the biggest venue an artist will ever play. Tens of millions of people watch the game and the show, making it one heck of an accomplishment for those that play it. Justin Timberlake has recently been announced as the performer for the 2018 halftime show!
He posted on social media the news in a funny way with Jimmy Fallon. You may remember that he has performed at the NFL Championship before as he did so in 2004 with Janet Jackson. That performance will go down as one of the most remembered due to the nipple slip that occurred during it.
