The PGA Championship took place over the weekend and it was quite the exciting tournament. So many golfers had a chance at winning the final major of the year, but it was Justin Thomas that would end up victorious. What a round he had, as he may have the highlight of the weekend when a putt of his just barely stayed out of the cup only for it to fall in almost 10 seconds later.

Thomas won his first major ever by winning in Charlotte this past weekend at Quail Hallow. He shot a 68 to give himself a final score of eight under. Franceso Molinari, Louis Oosthuizen and Patrick Reed tied for second at six under. Some of the big names didn’t fare as well with Jason Day finished at one under, Dustin Johnson at even and Jordan Speith at two over.

Congrats to Justin Thomas on his very first major victory!
