You would think that after all of these years of success and albums sold by Justin Bieber that he had won a Grammy before, but such was not the case. In fact, he had only been nominated for two Grammys until this year’s single nomination.
In 2011, Bieber was nominated for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album, as he was a boy to the man he is now and was fresh on the scene. Just this Monday, Bieber had the chance to win his first Grammy, and he did.
Combining with Skrillex and Diplo, the three of them put together an amazing song called “Where Are U Now.” The song and Bieber blew up in 2015, causing the three of them to be the recipient of the Best Dance Recording award.
They beat great artists including Above & Beyond featuring Zoe Johnston, Galantis, The Chemical Brothers, and Flying Lotus featuring Kendrick Lamar.
