Jonathan Cain of Journey (yes we also remember his from the mid-70s band the Baby’s) has been on a book tour touting his best seller Don’t Stop Believin’: The Man, the Band, and the Song that Inspired,’ and now has plans to create a digital version of his memoir. By the way, his will make his Grammy eligible in yet another category.

But wait. There’s more! He’s also releasing a solo project called ‘The Songs You Leave Behind,’ dropping June 8th, and contains 19 stacks that will be songs that are either unreleased, autobiographical or companion pieces to the book. A few of he songs are remastered versions of tunes that have appeared on his previous solo albums, which is an exciting feature of the LP. Neil Schon’s son is also adding his piano talents on one of the songs which drops within a few days.
