John Prine on the Road

Legendary singer and songwriter John Prine was not born in Franklin TN or Birmingham Al, rather Maywood IL a suburb of Chicago. As a young man John worked as a mailman, hopping onto stages of ‘open mic’ nights at local bars trying to get notice, Well, he must have done something right, because John’s earned three Grammy’s and an seat in the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. This 71 year old treasure is out with a new album and tour, so be sure to see a living Americana legend this spring and summer.
