John Mayer recently talked about a battle of his that we had no idea about. On Twitter the other day he said, “One year ago today, I’ve decided to give drinking a break. A very personal thing for everyone. For me, a constant return on investment.” Read the post and the one that followed it by clicking here.
Mayer has never really popped up negatively in the news due to anything and this is the time we’ve really realized that drinking was something he battled. We love hearing that he’s overcome it though. It’s not easy to give up something like alcohol as we hear a ton in the music world.
Good for John Mayer in his one year of sobriety from alcohol and we hope this time next year we’re talking about his two-year anniversary.
