Jason Mraz to Perform in Front of Big Bird

Jason Mraz has performed in front of Presidents and various heads of states, but his biggest audience may be coming up; he’s scheduled to perform in front of millions of children with Sesame Street’s Big Bird. Jason has just signed to play for the Puppetry gala, an event at the Puppetry Arts’ May 5th in Hollywood, at the Jim Henson Company lot.

The event also includes Chris Hardwick who will host the event, along with Jack McBrayer of 30 Rock fame and previous SNL’s Bobby Moynihan.

The annual event helps raise money and awareness for the Center for Puppetry Arts, a division of the Jim Henson estate that furthers education through the art of puppetry. Jim Henson was a one of a kind artist who made puppetry famous through is life’s work. The event again is scheduled for May 5th in Hollywood,
