Janet Jackson may be years from her prime but that doesn’t mean she’s washed up by any means. She’s still an impactful, talented, beautiful artist that is being recognized for her greatness. This weekend we’ll see that as she’s set to receive a special honor at this year’s Radio Disney Awards.
The award show is being aired on Saturday and during it, we’ll see Janet accept the Impact Award. This is the first of its kind at this award show and it couldn’t be given to a better artist. You may not remember, but she did win a similar honor at the Billboard Music Awards earlier this year. At that event, she took home the Icon Award.
