Janet Jackson a Nominee for 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Janet Jackson has had a big year, touring the globe and announcing her pregnancy. She’s currently on bed rest as her baby’s due date draws nearer. She has even more to celebrate this year because she’s on the list of nominees for the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

Janet has been on the ballot before, but we can’t see her being left out of the Hall for much longer. We can do our part to help her get in though! If you visit rockhall.com you can vote for who you think deserves to get in. The top five will receive a vote towards the other ballots for the 2017 nomination. Voting begins December 5 and you are allowed to vote just once per day.

Other nominees for this year’s class include Tupac Shakur, Pearl Jam, Chic, Jane’s Addiction, Joan Baez, Journey, The Cars and Yes among many others.
