IHOP, or as they are referring to themselves right now, the “International Haunted House of Pancakes,” is celebrating fall and Halloween this year with the debut of new Reese’s Pieces Pancakes alongside a pair of seasonal favorites: the Scary Face Pancake and Pumpkin Spice Pancakes.

Reese’s Pieces Pancakes feature Reese’s Pieces Pancakes buttermilk pancakes topped with Reese’s peanut butter sauce, chocolate sauce plus Reese’s Pieces candy and a whipped topping.

The returning Pumpkin Spice Pancakes feature pancakes made with real pumpkin and seasonal spices, crowned with creamy whipped topping.

The Scary Face Pancake features a fluffy 7-inch buttermilk pancake topped with whipped topping eyes and smile. IHOP provides a side of Mini Oreo cookies, glazed strawberries and candy corn so you can create your own spooky Scary Face. (The Scary Face Pancake is available for dine-in only for kids 12 and under.)

Additionally, participating IHOP locations are also serving new Caramel Apple à la Mode Pancakes. Created by Kid Chef Rayaan, Caramel Apple à la Mode Pancakes tops the brand’s fluffy buttermilk pancakes with apple cinnamon compote, a drizzle of caramel sauce and one scoop of vanilla ice cream.

IHOP has named Rayaan, 8, of Orange County, California, as the 2021 IHOP Kid Chef Champion. The third-annual Kid Chef contest invited pediatric patients ages 6-16 from any Children’s Miracle Network Hospital to unleash their culinary creativity and concoct a new pancake recipe. Rayaan earned the 2021 chef’s coat with his Caramel Apple a la Mode pancake recipe: two fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with warm, cinnamon-spiced apples, drizzled with caramel sauce, and crowned with one scoop of premium vanilla ice cream. $1 from every sale of Rayaan’s pancakes supports local children’s charities.

Seasonal fall menu items can be found at participating IHOP locations nationwide for a limited time.
