Hollywood Re-Boots The Flavor of the Month

Sometimes the best storyline for television series or film is one that’s already been a hit, or a proven winner. In Hollywood, re-boots are popping up all over the place. A few months ago, we heard that Charlie’s Angels, leveraging Elizabeth Banks as the director, will begin shooting near year’s end, with a release date projected for June, 2019. While the cast for this upcoming movie has not been announced, previous Charlie’s Angels movies included Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu in the 2000 and 2003 versions. Those two movies did quite well, earning over half a billion dollars worldwide.
