Here’s Your NASCAR News to Get You to the Weekend

NASCAR made news this week, releasing its 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series schedule, with some interesting dates and venues. The 2019 season kicks off with ‘The Clash’ at Daytona International Speedway on February 10th and the All-Star Race will be in Charlotte May 18th, the Coca-Cola 600 date was also announced, scheduled for May 26.

In other NASCAR news, Steve Phelps has been promoted to the role of chief operating officer. Phelps will oversee all NASCAR commercial and media operations. The boys in pit row are getting ready for Sunday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 NASCAR doubleheader in Forth Worth TX, with over 100,000 race fans expected to be on hand in the stands and in the infield for this exciting event.
