Hayley Williams Opens Up

Hayley Williams has been very outspoken about mental health and just the other day she hit Twitter to discuss World Suicide Prevention Day which took place just last week. She wrote a series of tweets discussing times when she was mentally in a dark place, really trying to show others that this type of thing happens to everyone. We loved the line, “but i hope that if you struggle with darkness that you will try and remember to let yourself feel joy when it comes.” She acknowledges that it’s not easy to overcome in these tweets and says that she’s working on it as well. What a great gesture by the star singer of Paramore. She is quite the role model.
