Harry Styles is Now Part of the MCU

“Big reveal from #TheEternals premiere,” tweeted the film’s writer, Matt Donnelly, earlier this week, “Harry Styles has joined the MCU as Eros, brother of Thanos.”

The news of yet another familiar face in Hollywood joining the expansive Marvel family was revealed at The Eternals’ premiere on Monday, causing fans of Marvel, fans of Styles, and fans of both to erupt in awe, excitement, and even some disdain.

While not much detail has been further announced, it has been confirmed that audiences of The Eternals, arriving in theaters on November 5th, will be able to see Styles as Eros—or, Starfox, as the character is known in the Marvel canon—during the after-credits scene.
