Gwyneth Paltrow’s Stalker Acquitted

This isn’t the first time Dante Soiu has been accused of stalking Gwyneth Paltrow, but it is the first time he has gotten off with no reparations. Back in the early 2000s, he was sent to a mental institution after pleading not guilty due to insanity.

Soiu would serve his time in the mental institution, but recently a case was put together against him and his recent letters that he had sent to Paltrow. She once again felt threatened and in danger for her and her children due to the recent letters Soiu had sent her.

Both Soiu and Paltrow testified at the trial, with the accuser saying she felt threatened and at one point crying during the trial while on stage. On the other hand, the defendant said he never meant any harm and was only trying to get in contact with her to say he was sorry for what he had done in the past.

In the end, Soiu was acquitted of all charges due to the jury believing that he was no longer a physical threat.

What a crazy story, and we hope that Gwyneth Paltrow can not only be safe from the defendant, but also feel safe in her day-to-day activities.
