Getting Ready for the CMAs

One of the ‘must watched’ music shows of the year is coming up, the Academy of Country Music Awards, airing Sunday, April 15th beginning at 8pm Est on CBS. The annual showcase of country stars will be hosted by Reba McEntire, happening at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. We’re pleased country stars and fans continue to support Vegas in spite of the tragedy last year.

The stars will be out for sure to win or be happy they were nominated, but the lineup of stars set to perform is an outstanding array of talent. Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and Maren Morris are all ready to knock your socks off during the show.

Pop star Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line may provide the highlight of the night, as they are expected to perform their big hit “Meant to Be,” a tune that’s been riding high on the charts for nearly 15 weeks. Reba is nominated for the ‘Female Entertainer of the Year’ her 16th time, Chris Stapleton has eight nominations and Thomas Rhett with six nominations.
