A video featuring a 1978 performance by Gene Clark, joined by fellow Byrds band mate Roger McGuinn, hits the shelves for purchase on DVD in the U.S. this week. “Bag Full of Money,” is a video originally filmed for TV, but displays each of their ‘greatest hits.’

“Mr. Tambourine Man,” “Turn! Turn! Turn!” “So You Want to Be a Rock ‘n’ Roll Star,” and “Eight Miles High,” are featured in this video. Gene Clark was the original lead singer of the band, ultimately giving way to the others on vocals. Gene eventually left the band to record a few solo albums with high praise, only to pass away of alcohol-related health issues at the age of 46 in 1991.
