At the CMA Songwriters’ Luncheon earlier this week, Florida Georgia Line was recognized with a very nice honor – CMA Triple Play Awards. The award goes out to those that write three songs that reach the top of the charts within a 12-month span. Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have definitely done this with their work with talented artists this past year.

The two of them have been a part of chart topping hits “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” by Cole Swindell and “Burnin’ It Down” by Jason Aldean. They obviously also wrote their own song, “Sun Daze.” With these three reaching the top of the charts, the award was given to them at this 7th annual luncheon.
