With a release date already set for October 20th, 2023, Dune: Part 2 is on its way to building an all-star cast, which may now include Florence Pugh.

As an addition to Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, and others, Pugh is being considered for the role of Princess Irulan in Denis Villeneuve’s sequel-continuation of last year’s Dune.

Currently, the script is still being written, and Pugh is said to be awaiting the latest draft. The British actress is also in contention for the upcoming Madonna biopic, potentially conflicting the interest in her joining Dune: Part 2.
