Fabulous Florals Bloom in Home Decor

If you love a garden with its beautiful array of color that mother nature has bestowed upon us, you might be tempted to bring some of those beautiful blooms inside. Well, now is the time to do just that, as floral patterns have become the interior design trend that everyone is flipping for.

Floral designs have a wonderful way of brightening up our homes.  They’re elegant, classic, and stand the test of time. But these aren’t your typical florals of yesteryear: we’re talking big, colorful flower power. “As the trend continues, we are seeing lots of interest in multicolored florals,” says Lynai Jones, owner and CEO of Mitchell Black Home Decor.  “A single flower may be beautiful alone, but when joined in a bouquet with flowers of varying shapes, colors or hues, it’s beauty can be drastically enhanced.”

If florals really appeal to you, dare to go bold and daring with statement chairs, furniture pieces of even walls. Or if you’re a little nervous about jumping in with both feet, you can dip your toes in the floral waters by opting for a more delicate pared-back approach with a subtle window dressing or throw pillow. Either is great – it’s just a matter of personal preference.
