Although the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour has just picked up where it last left off in 2020, Elton John has had to postpone it even further due to recently testing positive for COVID-19.

In a reported statement, John’s representatives have reassured that the iconic singer is fully vaccinated, boosted, and is only experiencing mild symptoms.

John is, hopefully, to resume the tour this coming Saturday in Little Rock, Arkansas after having to cancel last night and tonight’s shows at Dallas’ American Airlines Center.

The Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, which initially began in 2018, has suffered an extended postponement because of the pandemic. The first leg of the trek is now slated to wrap up this April, with the second round of U.S. dates beginning in July.
