Ellie Goulding será la anfitriona del evento Women in Music 2018 de Billboard

Billboard anunció ayer, 3 de noviembre, que Ellie Goulding será la sede del 13º evento anual Women in Music en la ciudad de Nueva York el 6 de diciembre.

El cantante y compositor de electropop ha tenido la friolera de seis éxitos del Top 10 en la lista de Billboard Pop Songs, que incluye “Lights”, “Burn” y “Love Me Like You Do”. Su canción colaborativa, “Close to Me”, con Diplo y Swae Lee lanzada a través de Interscope Records, también hizo su debut en el Billboard Hot 100.

Además de su carrera musical, Goulding es Embajadora Ambiental Global de la ONU, patrocinadora del Proyecto Marylebone, que trabaja para proporcionar viviendas y recursos para las mujeres afectadas por la violencia doméstica y la falta de vivienda, además de recaudar fondos para Streets of London, otro proyecto que Ayuda a eliminar la falta de vivienda en Londres.
