Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have put their Montecito villa up for sale recently and it’s quite the property. They listed it for a cool $45 million! The two of them bought it in 2013 for just under $27 million, but it’s not because the property value went up. Instead, the two added property since that time making it even bigger location.
Two properties have been “added” to their villa, making it 16.88 acres large. The home they live in here is 10,500 square feet and was built in the 1930s. It has six baths and sex bedrooms to go along with a library and nine fireplaces!
