Elle King recently celebrated her 28th birthday and she took to social media to say good-bye to 27. On Instagram she wrote, “You’re one for the f***ing books. It’s hard to find the words if you’re trying to sum up everything you could possibly ever imagine all shaken up and then exploding everywhere on everything even the mop and all the towels…” The post continued on, but you get the point.
During her 27th year on this earth, Elle split up from her secret marriage with Andrew Ferguson and has continued her fight against depression. It was a tough year for her, but she also put out a great hit with Dierks Bentley. “Different For Girls” was a big one for her and since that single she has come out and said she wants to put out a Country album.
We hope 28 treats Elle much better and want to wish her a happy birthday!
