This year’s Brit Awards have come and gone and the winner’s list is quite impressive. There aren’t too many awards given away every year, but just enough to recognize the best in music in the UK as well as internationally.
Taking place in London, the biggest winner of the award show was David Bowie. He won two awards, British Male Solo Artist and British Album of the Year. We only wish he could have been alive to see the success of “Blackstar.”
Drake had himself a nice night, winning International Male Solo Artist while Beyonce took home the female version of the award. A Tribe Called Quest won International Group.
This year’s award show didn’t forget about One Direction, who took home British Artist Video of the Year for “History.”
