The 51st Annual ACM Awards will be happening on April 3, which means you must have your television turned to CBS that night. And the show just became even more fun with the announcement of a fun and exciting collaboration.

It has been announced that Dolly Parton will perform with Katy Perry during the award show before Parton receives a special award. Parton is receiving the Tex Ritter Award because of work with country music in a different way. The award is being given to her because of her work on the television movie, “Coat of Many Colors.”

The Tex Ritter Award is given to movies who use country music throughout the film in a significant fashion.

As everyone knows by now, the award show will be hosted by Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley. Other big names set to perform include Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Jason Aldean, and Kelsea Ballerini among a few others.
