Just the other day we discussed how The Strumbellas were new to the top 10 with their hit song, “Spirits.” It currently sits at number nine on the charts and has been a huge hit in recent time. What do we know about the band though?
The Strumbellas have six members, all of which formed to make the band back in 2008. They have released two albums so far, but have a third coming on April 22 of this year. That album is called “Hope.”
These six Canadians haven’t hit huge yet, but they have won a Juno Award back home. They won the award for Roots & Traditional Album of the Year Award – Group in 2014, for their album “We Still Move on Dance Floors.”
The band surely hopes to win more hardware with their upcoming album that will be released in just a few months time.
