Dierks Bentley and Cole Swindell have been working on a collaboration for quite some time and the single is finally ready to go. It’s titled “Flatliner” and will be featured on Swindell’s upcoming album “You Should Be Here.” That album will be released on May 6.

As for song, Swindell reportedly wrote it over four years ago with the intentions of Dierks singing it, but never heard back. It’s amazing to see it finally take shape and now be a part of his upcoming album.

The song is up-tempo and will be fun to listen to live and in concert, but what makes it so interesting is that Swindell left “outtakes” in the middle of it. A joking discussion between him and Dierks makes the song truly unique and an interesting one.
