Demi Lovato Celebrates 4 Years Sober

Demi Lovato has been a star over the last 12 months and for more reasons than you know. Yes, she has come out with hit after hit, but it’s her four years sober that is the most impressive feat if you ask us. This week on March 15, she celebrated this moment in her life and she took to Twitter to announce it.

On her Twitter handle (@ddlovato), she announced four years sober and said that she did it even though she went through “too much death.” These times must be tough on her being in the public eye constantly, but she has done a great job being a role model for those around her. This type of battle only confirms it. She joined rehab back in 2012 and has fought other demons like eating disorders and drug addiction.

Stay strong Demi! We can’t wait to write about your five year anniversary of staying sober!
