On Tuesday the music world was hit with some pretty big news. Demi Lovato announced via Twitter that should be taking a break from music in 2017 and instead focus on charity work. This isn’t surprising considering her background, but does hurt to hear!
Lovato’s actual tweet read “So excited for 2017. Taking a break from music and the spotlight.. I am not meant for this business and the media.” She would also reply to a follower’s tweet asking about if she would be coming back with “dunno. It doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I’d rather do charity work tbh.”
With this news it looks like she’ll complete her tour with Nick Jonas with that final date being February before taking her “hiatus” or “break” from music.
