With revisited and rejuvenated songs from 1964-71, David Bowie’s previously unreleased Toy will make its long-delayed arrival at the beginning of next year.

Despite ultimately falling short of an expected release back in 2001, the album brings new life to a beloved Bowie, featuring “Davie Jones With the King Bees,” “Liza Jane,” “You’ve Got A Habit Of Leaving,” and “Silly Boy Blue.”

Described by co-producer, Mark Plati, as “the sound of people happy to be playing music,” Toy is set to land a day before Bowie’s birthday, on January 7th.
