Darius and Friends Schedule Concert in the Music City

Darius Rucker made his bones as the lead singer of the pop group ‘Hootie and the Blowfish’ but we’ve come to love him as one of the countries rising stars over the years. In case you didn’t hear, Darius will return to the Nashville Ryman Auditorium this June 4th for his 9th annual benefit concert for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Darius believes in giving back, and his annual event is affectionately called the ‘Darius and Friends’ event, a live concert that includes his songs and the songs of his best friends. At press time his list of pals that will join him on stage has not been released, but you can bet it’s an impressive list of singers and bands that are eager to help out a good friend.

Tickets for ‘Darius and Friends’ are available now. Over these past nine years, Darius has helped raise over $1 million dollars for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital cause.
