Just recently “Concrete and Gold” from the Foo Fighters was released and boy was it well received. The album has been so well received that it has debuted at number one on the Official Albums Chart in the U.K. and the ARIA Albums Chart down under in Australia!
What a great start for this latest album from the Foo Fighters, a long-time rock band that has had success for many years now. While the numbers weren’t decided upon at the time of writing this, many expect this album to hit number one in the United States as well. This should come as no surprise as the band has plenty of fans in the U.S.
This isn’t the first time the Foo Fighters have hit number one in the U.K. These four albums from their past have all hit number one: “One By One,” “Wasting Light” and “Echoes, Patience & Grace.” Seven of the band’s albums have hit number one in Australia.
